Can't get no sleep.....
Baconlefeets Started conversation Mar 28, 2005
I woke up at 3 this afternoon and can't get to sleep now. I went to bed at 3am and have been reading for 3 hours. Maybe in another 3 hours I'll get some kip? I feel like my brain is floating away like a wet cake
This is going to screw up my sleep for the whole week probably. I had a plan to get me back into the "work sleep pattern", being that, if I wake up at around 8 monday morning, then I'll be tired enough to have a really good kip on monday night. But it's 6.10am now I don't think I can last a whole day on 2 hours shuteye
The light on the back garden won't switch off either. I think it's the Patio door who's persuaded it to stay on, making me subconciously think that it's daytime and shouldn't sleep I shouldn't have shown that Hitler docuumentary to Patio, I think he's getting ideas...
The doctor said i was paranoid schizophrenic. Well he didn't actually say it but we could tell he was thinking it.

I reckon it's all those ciggies...
The best way to reset your sleep clock is to get up at the same time each day irrespective of when you went to bed.
Anyway, I seem to be on your friend's list. I don't remember doing that but I'm sure I had a good reason.
It's 7pm here and because it's Easter they've put lots of cr*p on the telly tonight.

I think I've caught up on sleep while watching Easterish films, feeling bit better now
I've just had a week off work and think I might get to stretch it a bit longer

Good a fellow insomniac,I too worry about not getting enough sleep then I get really tired but know if I go to sleep that will prevent me from sleeping another night! It is a never ending circle which has followed me on & off my whole adult life.Read somewhere genetics are somehow to blame well thats something else I can put on the list of things to blame my parents for

I blame work. I should either stop working because it's bad for my sleeping pattern or should have a doctors note saying I should have a lower work load
