After working in a corporate for almost three years, I have taken up this job with this scientific research institute. It’s almost four months and I have worked on at least six major ideas of mine. All the proposals are lying with my boss and he has not taken any action or given me approval to implement any of the proposals. Though he appreciated my proposals and praised me in front of everyone.
It is very frustrating . One needs to take approval for almost everything
If I decide to change this job and go for some interview, all I have to talk about my present job is, how many papers have I generated in the form of proposals and reports and how many times in a day I dust them.
Mind you I am not a cribber by nature, good part is I don’t have to over stay, have to work five days a week and while I am waiting for approvals indefinably, can browse internet visit h2g2 and write my journal. Well I think I can work on some other proposals as well.
