h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Well I've updated my personal space, it's all in GuideML and everything (and although I am a programmer, my HTML knowledge is zip, so I am impressed!)

Great day at work, got loads done, everything I have recently released to my users to test appears to be working, and I have managed to help out a colleague with something that was making his brain hurt. It's all good

Got accepted into the Cult of Dentonites today (as you can tell from the change of nickname and information on the introduction. Very pleased about that, feels like a spiritual home to me. Anyone who knows me well will tell you that my drink of choice is tea (although a long vodka sometimes goes down well also!

I am getting used to writing this every day now, and in fact, as you can see, am actually just posting into it when I feel like a typing warble. Not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing to inflict upon the universe, but I am enjoying it, and as a meglamanical despot - who cares what the rest of the universe thinks anyway!

To the couple of people who have found this page and touched base, nice to hear from you - any input on my rubbish that appears to be accumulating at a ridiculous rate, please let me know.

To everyone else who hasn't left a message - I didn't want to hear from you anyway , not really, make a lady feel wanted will ya?

I'm probably going to write my first piece for submission to the full guide at some point soon, any suggestions on topics would be gratefully received, I am a fount of completely useless knowledge. In fact, since a lot of what I have written here has been about SAP and programming for SAP, I think that might be my first article (talk about a boring old woman... I have no life! )

Anyway, hang around, drop a note, or just have a wander - up to you really, but remember, if you are making a cup of tea, the first rule is always use boiling water - not just hot - boiling, otherwise it tastes like a liquid form of fetid dingos kidneys!
