Thanx for ringing me up earlier, you have made me a lot better than i was before.
At the moment i am drinking a peppermmint tea, what Iain suggested before.
It tastes yuck lol 
At the moment i am talking Carol our sis, she has just phoned me.
She's says hello by the way.
Our Alan has just come home, and causing havoc already lol (only kidding> lmao
