My local council recently announced a scheme to provide child car seats mto families on low incomes.
This is an idea I put forward along with a safety equipment loan and installation (where needed) scheme which I put forward a few years ago. Ieven fitted someo f the equipment myself.
I feel better than James Brown.

a brilliant idea! considering the price of a new one, and all the outgrown but still perfectly still good ones that end up in garbage dumps, this is the perfect item for communal use.
