And sometimes far to much time passes
before we say how much we care.

Sometimesd the more you do for some the less they apreciate you.
Ive not realy got any family since i lost mom and dad only see my sister. and see my bro once a year.i have a aunt just up road from me and her daughters but they dont talk with me.
But who cares ive got sopme good friends.

I hardly see my family either mom.
The last time i saw my mother in my flat, well that was easter last year.
She is at the moment looking after my sister, cos she has just had a hysterctomy.
But if i am ill our Alan has got to look after me, but sometimes i have to tend to my myself when he is at work.
I just let them get on with it now, at least i have all my friends on here, aswell as you being my mom.
I have also got Jonathan my bro, and Carol my sister.
You are my family mom, and you will always be now.
They say you can pick your friends, but never your family, but i have coe cos i have you and i you so much.

Nats aaaaww thats so sweet,but your right they do say that dont they.
Its a long story with my family but to cut it short.
when dad was diagnosed as termally ill they all wanted him put in a hospice. i feel ashamed to say that cos i said no and took him home to nurse my self they all disowned me but i look at it like this its there guilty concious.
im proud for what i did and wouldnt change it for the world although it was hard and i had hardly any sleep for the 14 months i sat with him nursing him as best as i could.

Well i hope that i am in that list of friends that you are on about as you are in mine

I personally wish that my own family were closer but we all work and some of us live a fair distance away. Saying that my mother will be down this weekend before she goes abroad for six weeks, this will be only the second time this year that i have seen her, understand what i was saying now let me add that she does live 126 miles away from myself.

I still believe that more effort should be made to keep in touch with both friends and family alike, to which i am also guilty of not actively seeking people out
