what a sad day to start my journal. its actually the day before my fathers funeral, so I dont have a lot to say at the moment. apart from....why the hell dont they teach about stuff like this at school? maybe not such a good idea...but its a little hard to find out how much there is involved in burying your father just before you have to do it. this has got to have been one of the busiest and most stressful weeks of my life.

I lost my dad a couple weeks before I got married, and my mom just a bit less than 3 years ago, so if you need to talk...

hey there! 
I`m fine thanks....been too busy sorting all the never ending paper work out for my mum and keeping my eye on her. think I might be involved in a little displacement activity or whatever the brainy bods call it but at least I realise that! I`ll go visit the grave at some point and give myself some time just for me and my dad, and start to get to grips with it.
thanks for the offer any way...I know where to come if I feel the need!
