We can all get wound up sometimes,but the best thing if someone does ignore them. log off for a bit to cool down. if someone is realy bothering you then dont attack back just ask one of us to step in and calm it down,that way you wont get in any bother your stay off pre mod and things can be resolved quickly and calmly.

we are all human and all fly off the handle sometimes when someone says things they shouldnt, but like myself and other aces alike just log off and calm down that way you can deal with it more rationally.

But dont think of it otherwise your be forever thinking when is someone going to up set you and you wont enjoy useing the site with that on your mind constantly. just take one day at a time. im sure you can do it if you realy try.

Being on pre mod is not fun as you already know from that experiance. so please just listen to the advice i gave,and also stay clear to those you clash with.

Hiya she just said its normal to have some bruseing for a while and discharged me for 6 months yyiippiiee

I had physio for my shoulder yesterday that went he was realy good have to go back every week though as i broke my collar bone and shoulder last year in a rta and its still broke but need to try get it working again best as possable.

Yeah best to get theis type of thing sorted it wont sort its selfl some times i wish some things did sort them self out with out me having do to it
