I've managed to persuade my brother to install broadband onto my laptop, so can still log on when noone else wants the internet . I took my littlest brother and sister up Ivinghoe beacon. It's not a hard walk at all, but is the best I can manage around Hemel. Oh well...

Still, getting the internet back was good enough for now. I can't do anything about the lack of mountains, but I may be able to persuade my parents that they would like to go on holiday over Easter afterall. The main problem here is that my mother wants to go to Norfolk, which is even flatter than Hertfordshire.

I was writing some very dull essays at the time, and this was a very nice distraction. 5'10" (178 cms) is a very nice height to be, I've decided. A bit too tall sometimes as far as some clothes are concerned, but very useful for seeing over people's heads.

I find most drinks too sweet, but 's just right.
