Saying "No."

I confess, this is a subject that is quite a sore spot for me... ie i find it very difficult to do.
Current things i have not said no to include:
1) playing my bassoon 
(which i have neglected for a goodly number of months) in a concert on saturday night. with one hour long rehearsal of music that i have never seen or heard ever before in my life 
.
2) going on guide camp. and, what's more, cooking for said guide camp. 
for a group of girls (including 2 vegetarians and a diabetic) for a week.
can you see my predicament???? 
cures to this problem on a postcard or the back of a stuck down envelope to this address please!
