Felt a lot fitter on the way in this morning, but my seat was on the cross bar again when I arrived. I tried to adjust it while it was still cool just in case it was loosening as the bits contracted in the cold air. (I tend to do my repairs indoors with a heater on.) Unfortunately I discovered what the real problem was, the threads had stripped on the clamp bolt so it couldn't be tightened properly in any weather. The ride home was real fun, standing room only! Heaven knows what my legs will be like in the morning.
Weather Report.
Almost warm enough to take the long leggings off (I wear shorts underneath, don't panic!) and dry all day.

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
