I've been spending this week as a lone parent - and been feeling pretty sick at times - thank God for Grandma. My mum has been wonderful. She can help without interfering, in fact I would been happy for even more help. Some mollycoddling for poor little me.
I've really enjoyed listening to tonight's thunderstorm and rain - even the hail was all right. I'm no longer afraid that the rain will stop and not come back for months. It feels good to expect rain.
I'm really looking forward to my man coming home on Sunday. He's the best in the world and I miss him heaps. Mini-he misses him too.

Thanks, I'm feeling a bit better as he rang this morning and will be back tomorrow. His tummy is a bit funny from the food in China but he's in Hong Kong now buying pressies. Apparently, there is a horrible flu bug in southern China and Hong Kong at the moment. He better not catch it. I'd be bound to get it too and then it would be multiple colds followed by flu - doesn't sound like fun.
