-for those not sure what "assemblage art" means; it's basically using ANYTHING at all to make a "picture"; the skill comes in putting it all together in a meaningful way. If the idea interests you, Dale Copeland is one of the very best artists in this genre in my opinion, you can see her work on this site; which is also a very interesting site about New Zealand generally. (don't desert hootoo completely though will you?!)

Hi Terri~. Finally figured out how to get to h2g2 w/out using Aol-which is on strike when it comes to www.
