Started the 'slim fast' plan

breakast: vanilla shake (tastes like baby formulasmiley - yuk)

mid morn:toffee low fat yoghurt

lunch:repulsive shake

dinner:minted lamb chop, mash, salad smiley - erm 4 doughnuts

one chop is 639 caloriessmiley - yikes
dinner allowance is 600 cals.

no exercise.

verdict: day 1 COMPLETE FAILURE

can't wait till tomorrowsmiley - groan

Hi peeps one diet that i seen a few of my female friends doing is the "cornflake" one aparently you only eat cornflakes for a while and you lose wait that way.smiley - yikes

But you go for whatever it is you thinks best, although everyone should just be happy for who they are theres no need to diet.smiley - smiley
