the ex has not seen dee for three weeks, he hasn't phoned or anything...
this is not the first time its happened either.
tonight out of the blue hes texted
'hi zoe, this is still your number? its the only number i have.... sorry i haven't been to see devon lately, could i take her out for a few hours thursday?'
can u believe it! after 3 wks he arranges to c her via text!
im steaming! i have no credit to deluge him with my answer...
am i unreasonable? is my way of thinking wrong?

No you arent being unreasonable at all.. shes his daughter ..not a toy to be taken out of the box when he fels like it n put back when doesnt! If he cant be bothered to make a proper reguar commitment to her shes better off without him..he cant just breeze in n out as it suits.

zoe he is being totally out of order I agree with everything sandra says, plus I suspect it isnt doing you much good, can I ask is there a custody/care and control order

i had an in junction on him coz he got nasty once! he has no legal order (parental responsibility) he couldn't be arsed to turn up to register the birth...
sandra: how many times do i let him do it?
how can he expect me to let him take her when he hasn't seen her for 3 weeks,

Being on the birth certificate wouldnt give him parental responsibility anway ..
hed have to go to court for thhat and be able to prov his relationship with her was good enough for her to be damaged if he didnt get it.
And you dont put up with it Zoe.. you tell him to either pull his socks up or f**k off!

Thats a point..you been to victoria before? ill meet you there, but its harder to arrange where if you dont know what im talking about! Ill maybe have to get you to phone me when you get off the train n tell me what platform to walk to or something!
