Go to "Download" (on the left) and select one of the two options for download sources.

Once downloaded, close all your browser windows and then reopen and check in "Tools" you will see "iespell" and "iespell options".
When you need to check spelling (say of a posting for H2G2, open "Tools" and click "iespell" and a window will appear with the spell-checker.
It works in the same way as any other spell-check function.
