Had the phone call I've half expected for a while but still dreaded. Grandma is in the ER in Wichita, KS - possible heart attack and she's 80. Grandpa left her in the ER by herself and went to his stress test appointment. Takes weeks to get one. But really, what better place to have a heart attack than a cardiology specialty hospital?

Whew - false alarm. Esophogeal spasms. She's fine. She'll probably out live us all.

Whew! Glad to hear it was a false alarm. I half expect to get that phone call any day as well. It's scary.
