Abbi, I don't think she usually hoots; just came on to try & let people know what was happening with Karen while she was in no fit state to do so herself. Like 
did for me,at the start of all this.

Hi abbi-how`s your weather? Apparently Monterey,ca,10 miles from my house is where the low is centured that appears to be trying to create rainstorms up &down the coast of Calif,NOW.Rain is rain But when it pours9 if happy & inside-way to go!If required to drive anywhere,however-'slippery when wet' is woefully inadaquate to describe the utter mayham our freeways endure after a good dousing
