I've just read on-line that a Broadway musical is in preparation, directed by Tim Burton, of Batman! There was once a Superman musical, which is mildly amusing (but wasn't very successful). However, I just can't see this working. In fact, I'm rather scared. But maybe I'll be surprised. Witches of Eastwick turned out to be a cracking musical, so maybe Tim Burton's 'Batman: The Musical' will be a sensation!
