I got a phone call this morning informing me that I am the first person in the entire NHS to order using the new system.

Hell yes! No certificate sadly, though we can probably expect to clear our backlog before everyone else.

Ah, the simple joys that life sometimes offers. 
Congrats on getting the order through. Having previous experience with implementing new systems, I know all too well what it's like to encounter bugs. Good luck clearing up that backlog.
Guess I should attend to my own pile of work, eh?
