Two Years On
Researcher U197087 Started conversation Dec 23, 2002
It's been two years today since my dad died, the last of my immediate family, leaving me with a painful and near crippling legacy I figured would destroy me in the end.
In spite of that, I'm functional, fighting fit and damn well nearly happy in my life at last. Who'd have thought it? Certainly not me, this time last year. It's amazing what strength you can find for yourself, and for others, with the right support.
