I was at the lake district yesterday with a friend from work. It was wonderful, we went to Coniston, we walked round the tarn, I think it was Howend tarn, it was lovely and at the moment there are greylag goslings there. We visited Donald Campbells' grave. We also visited the house and gardens that belonged to John Ruskin. They overlook Coniston water, and I could just imagine sitting on the balcony on a warm evening with a bottle of wine, truly awesome. A truly wonderful place.
