At last! I've finally found something to help my skin adjust to sunshine! (touch wood, fingers crossed, etc!)
I happened upon a health shop and went in for a chat with the wee woman behind the counter. She suggested Beta Carotene (which were on a half price special offer! even better!)
That's been a few days now since I started taking them. The weather's been great. And my skin hasn't bothered me in the slightest. Here's hoping that all my years as a summertime recluse are over and done with.
