h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Wow, nearly 2 weeks since I last wrote in my journal. It's not as if nothing has been happening, it's been because I've been absolutely plastered!

At work we have been given a date that the office closes, so everyone is leaving, but that leaves the rest of us with mountainous amounts of work . It's too much, I'm getting tired of it all now.....

Emotions are riding quite high as well, for about 2 or even 3 days, I'm as happy as larry, the next 3 or 4 I'm soo down that I don't know what to do with myself. I look in the mirror and see an ageing hippy still wearing clothes she bought in her early 20's - how sad is that.... I know that you are only the age you feel, but when I see those crows feet I can't help it. Guess which day it is today!

Thought I would try to see things from a different perspective, but things didn't look better through beer glasses. You have to get sober and deal with the nasty things and people in life, I'm just not ready for that yet......

Here I go again, self pity is the most unattractive thing.

The only thing stopping me still wearing the clothes I bought in my 20s is the fact they don't fit!

Or most don't still have some coats and stuff - so don't knock it, if you like it, it is still in one peice (and isn't courduroy - you have to draw the line somewhere ) then wear it with pride!
