He is a penguin.
There is not much to be explained about him except that he exists, he is evil, and he is a penguin.
Sadly, he has not attained the capacity for creative thought.

A thought, a refrain from personal invisibility and a journey into the realm of consciousness. It is a trip we all take, but sadly not Albert. Does this cause me to pity the poor creature known as ALbert. I should say not, rather I envy his evil soul. With no thoughts and no conscious, he is free of all the trappings of conventionality and morality. He is a pure being and as such is my superior.

The previous was a message sent by a related being. The Hermit herself did not, she merely observed the creature directly involved in the typing. Sadly, he is a sentient being, and is therefore difficult to weird. Should the fish about the rim of HIS glass begin to swim, it would be an entirely different matter.
I must leave now, the CD player is beginning to play a very good LIVE song.
