First shout, on award wages? You're kidding, right? 
Nah, it's an Office Administration traineeship, which means my job's secure for the next 12 months, and there's a guaranteed place for me on completion of the traineeship. And it's at Liverpool, so I don't have to fight my way into the city and back again each morning.
