Well, I should have known better than to depend on other people. Rat sounds like a great person, but if I can't inspire myself, no one can.

One thing did strike me: the community sense here. It's something that many places simply do not have, that sense that we're more or less equal, and that we all should have something to say. We think for ourselves. That is inspiring. (Well, I think we do...perhaps I shouldn't talk for the rest of you if we're supposed to be thinking for ourselves...)
