So yes. I have a friend in tai chi class. And his name begins with a J. (Ironic, no?) And he made me a CD. And I listened to said CD. And there were a lot of interesting songs on it. And I rather liked it. And gods help me if I can't help feeling like he rather fancies me.

And truth be told I rather like him as well, but I have that whole problem with "yes, I already have a boyfriend whom I happen to like being with a great deal,"... So yes, /that/ whole thing.

The gods must love toying with my emotions...

if he knows, what has he said. it's a good thing that you told him (i assume you told him) but as for messing with your emotions, i think you should take the lion by the tail, as it were, and decide what you want.

He's said that it's good that I've said something about it instead of it coming as a complete and total surprise to him.

mine are basic. there is a girl i really really like. in fact i have not been able to stop thinking about her for a couple of weeks now. i will not tell her cos a couple of years ago i had a bad split with a girl i was engaged to. she cheated on me whilst she was on holiday and it really hurt cos i loved her. i know the problem i have is fear of the past repeating and of rejection. i don't think i could handle it again so i have kept us as just good friends. really good friends, which means i am probably in the fabled 'friend zone' thus negating any chance of her seeing me as a potential partner. i actually still blame my ex fiance for this which is probably wrong.

Manchester U! I watched a game with them one Sunday when my sports channels were being nice to me. That /do/ rock.

you know, i have a surprisingly content attitude towards everything due to problems like these. i have a great ability to shrug things off and get on. so i always feel better thankyou

Well /that's/ all right then.

You don't want to sit back too much, somethings require action. But you want to make sure your actions don't mess up something that is right. I do belive that if something is meant to happen then the universe will make it happen. Take the relationship I'm in. As you may or may not know I'm dating Darth Zaphod(whom you may or may not know) but we didn't know each other before H2G2. I'm sure we didn't get started by mere consciendence.

Ooh, tough subject. I'm afraid to say that I try not to get myself involved in that kind of thing. For one reason mainly, my education is at the moment, more important to me. I'll leave that kind of thing for later.

I guess I figure that I'm too young to see anyone right now... I have sooo much I want to do, and I'm not willing to just play at a relationship... so no serious boyfriend for good ole Y.S., although I wouldn't be too opposed to it if a good fella came around. But I wanna see the world, and be spontanious, and stay crazy, and it's hard to find guys to put up with that.
