The doctor's referred me back to the sleep clinic. I was well chuffed that she actually knew what I was talking about instead of telling me I was talking rubbish and shooing me out with sleeping pills. Some doctors DO care, hurray!

4 a.m here in Eyeland & here i am; i've pretty much given up worrying about it; but did print out that article & showed it to my shrink, doc, social worker.

I reckon a "normal" 9 to 5 job just isn't on; thankfully i live on a farm with a human lark, so between us we get stuff done.

Yes, the Samaritans thing is a good idea for anyone who can handle it; so many folk feel at their worst at night & there's nobody around to talk to.
