We've just been there

Pity David Attenborough turned up to do some filming and that (he's doing a programme for Sky 1, pretending that the Rainforest Biome was Malaysia ), but it was awesome to land the Heart of Gold (OK, OK the Fiat) in the car park and wander round the Eden Project all the same. It's a great day out and I think DNA would have been proud

We went there last summer and really enjoyed it. Especially as it was p*ssing down with rain outside and it was warm and cosy inside.
Where to next?

After Magrathea we had lunch at Milliways Well, it was the hotel restaurant at Land's End but close enough!

Milliways is actually slightly less expensive than the restaurant at Land's End.

Did you have your photo taken at the sign post?

We did Buggered if I was paying a tenner for it so we just dodged the other tourists and had one taken outside of the little fenced enclosure

Awwww, so it didn't say your home town? Awww that's the best bit. I was convinced for years it always said 'Brentwood' as my parents honeymooned somewhere that way and had their photo taken there.

Bugger that! It says John O'Groats and that's in Scotland so it's close enough
