I was born at 12'30 pm, just past noon, and I'm definitely an owl.

I was born about 4 pm... When given the chance I sleep till the crack of noon.

I was born at 2pm! But I used to love going out after work, and I often went to clubs that were open until 6am. Not compatible with having a kid around though, so I had to give most of that up (or fall asleep in noisy nightclubs, yes, I did that ) because I was being woken at 8 the mornings before I went out once my ex-husband changed the times he'd have my son.

Ok... so all together now!


"Hoot, Hoot!"

I was born at about 3.23AM and I have to admit that I usually hit a wall at around that time at night if I try to pull an all nighter.
I am, however, very much an 'Owl' as I usually get up at about noon if I don't have an alarm to wake me earlier.

If I'm left to my own 'natural' sleep pattern, I'd wake up at around noon and get to bed at about 3AM and be perfectly happy with that.
I've always joked that I'm a morning person, but only for Eastern US time.

That sounds about right Ku... I often rise late at the weekends and then stay awake until whatever ungodly hour.

I stayed up till about 3:30 this morning, woke up late at 7:00 and got to work at about 8:00.


I have no insomnia at work.

Insomnia sucks

I saw the advert again... the drug is called Lunestra and it "shuts off your restless mind". Non-narcotic, approved for long term use, do not use with alcohol, any sleep aid can become addicting, side affects include blah blah blah.

Hmmm, I shall have to investigate
