I'm seriously thinking about trying to arrange a meet in Manchester, and having Go-carting as the main activity.
It's quite pricey £47 per session, but you get 5 races each (6 if you make the final) over 3 hrs. I went speed carting in Warrington yesterday & think it's well worth it! 
We'd have to book *well* in advance & have concrete numbers. 
Could be tricky, but I'd love to try....
Maybe one for next year?
