Zarquon's Singing Fish!

A couple of things have happened for me which have been quite positive. At work I'm having to do a major spring-clean ahead of moving buildings and going to hot-desking - and I'm really rather enjoying it. In truth, there generally doesn't seem to be the time to go through and weed stuff old stuff out. Now there's not really a choice (well there is - I could do nothing and then be in a real mess), I'm buckling down and - rip, rip, rip - away go the energies tied up in the files, including that of people who've left. I started a class with Roy (well, at the same time as, not in the same class as he's more advanced) in Philosophy with the School of Economic Science, which is really great and I was invited yesterday to join a T'ai Chi class on Tuesday lunchtimes and started the first one today. It's a different form than those I've done before and the teacher seems really good, so that bodes well.

My goodness, you never stop do you smiley - fishsmiley - musicalnote You will enjoy the T'ai Chi. my son tells me it is very relaxing.

As for clearing out, we have discussed clearing clutter before and how hard it is.

I have the same thing happening here. I have a new computer and broadband on it's way. So clearing seven years of 'stuff' out of the computer is essential, and fairly easy, but it also involves a move round in my office and a clear out.

I think this is just teh catalyst I needed to get me motivated and I have started a serious de-clutter. Hopefully my brain will also benefit from getting rid of so much of what is 'past' too.

I hope things are ok with you and little smiley - fish Gotta run, it's late and the lord and master will be flashing lights at me if I don't go soon.

Night, night,

Now teaching people how to declutter their brains.. *that* would be invaluable smiley - ok

Sounds good to me, ZSF smiley - hug It's lovely to hear your positive approach. Having an enforced clear out can be excellent. T'ai Chi's great... I went to classes for a while in Scotland and found it most relaxing.

Hi Websailorsmiley - dragon,

You'll enjoy broadband - it makes using the computer a lot easier. I could do with cleaning up my own computer too - it's beginning to be overfull.

Hi Fbsmiley - star

'Now teaching people how to declutter their brains.. *that* would be invaluable' - do you know, I think that by doing one, you do the other.

I've been doing T'ai Chi for some years and I've also taught. This is a different for from the one I've learned, which is quite exciting.
