Towel Day 2007

yes and a happy towel day to you too! its officially towel day now in britain isnt it! i have had mine with me for over 10 years... and it looks it! i wish could upload a pix of it here but i AM trying to get it into the towel day site... http://www.towelday.kojv.net/ since i dont drink much im not sure if i should go to a pub and drink 6 pints in a row but i will think of something!! do pubs serve nonalcoholic beer?

yep today is towel day!! do you know where your towel is? do you know what towel day is? it commemorates a life given to us ...douglas adams gave and gave and gave... he gave us this site. he gave us The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy! thats a very funny book!! and 6 years ago he passed away at the age of 49 and left us bereft and bereaved. so a tribute to him was set for may 25th today! and every year we carry our towels around to remind ourselves and others just how important it is to not leave home without it!!

douglas adams in the search h2g2 space up there on the right. cmon this is the day we celebrate his life!

I'm not sure where my towel is. I took some out of the washing machine last night so I know where *they* are but as for my own towel, I'm not sure . I'll have a look.
