it was at Little Canada (an activity centre on the IOW in case you hadnt heard of it) and it was 3 years ago. we were doing a team building/general pissing about type course and we had to run over one of those metal ladders. have you ever noticed that they have diamond shaped steps to help grip when climbing up? i happened to trip over a step when running over it at hight speeds . i have an impressive dent in my left leg still

WOW!!! I remember going there! That was great! I loved the aeroball, me and my mate Josh were unbeatable!!!

i had a brilliant time there
did you go with school? we never got to try aeroball though 
we did loads of things (i think we stayed for a week). we climbed and abseiled, high ropes, kayaking, dragon boating, mountain biking....i think that;s about it 
i loved the red squirrels!
i'm going somewhere a bit like that on saturday

i went with my school, we never did kayaking.
When we did the abseiling it had rained before and was drizzling during, so the tower was really slippery.
My friend didn't want to go down. It was so funny we convinced him to go to the top, at which he looked over the edge and ran straight back down the ladders!

one of my friends was like that with the skiing at Calshot . the rest of us skied down whilst singing 
head, shoulders, knees and toes (with appropriate gestures of course!).
