emotionally/mentally: a lot better!
. still a few probs in my life but hey, i can manage 
physically: a nasty nasty sore throat. it's less painful in the morning, then gets steadily worse till it's agony by about 11pm. i only got about 2 hours sleep last night because it hurt so much 
.
but i'm alot happier now
