well, it's a nice thought, but i REALLY don't like chamomile tea! that was last year though, so i spose i could try it again!
though don't have any in the house.......... average tea will have to do for now!

Tea is good in general - especially if you don't like chamomile. Cocoa also can be very soothing, I've found. Ultimately, go for whatever you like. That's the thing about comfort foods - they need to be comfortable.

when i need comforting i drink tea and eat fresh, white, crusty bread (with nothing on the bread!). for the full comfort experiance you shouldn't eat it normally but pull bite size pieces off. works for me!

Sounds good to me! I have to admit that my I'm-all-stressed-out comfort food is pasta. Not sure why, but it seems to make me feel better.

i'm back! and i had a great time! for the first 3 days we canoed down 32km of the Ardeche Gorge, then we went down to the Med and snorkeled, sailed, bannana boated, wind surfed, sunbathed and went to a water park! wwwwhhhhhhheeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

I've always wanted to go snorkeling. Was it as grand as I think it is?

i go snorkeling quite a lot and it's great fun!
there's enormas fish and other weird creatures, when i snorkeled at Crete i saw an octopus!
