He's in London. Where you?

Oh this is a small country. Everyone has a cousin "Ralph", or sister Jane, ... have you met them? I find it comical enough to reflect it occassionally.

In fact, I am only about 3 or so hours from London, in a town about midway between Toronto and Ottawa, ... Trenton. I've only visited London a few times, and all of those day trips were in '72.

Mind, I will find myself just on the edge of Dublin in September. With mornings to fill with my wife. Any economical places to see or do that come to your mind?

Trinity College: free to enter and walk through the grounds. Old and new buildings. (Some very old.) And playing fields. Surprisingly large area in the middle of the city. And it really is worth paying to see the Book of Kells. The trip also brings you through the Old Library, which is still in use.

I don't really know Dublin that well, I must admit. Gnomon or Recumbentman might be better people to ask. And Gnomon's sister, whose name I forget. Begins with an A.

My parents left this morining to spend two weeks in Canada visiting their ikkle boy.

I hope they are prepared for some serious heat. Summer is finally upon us, with daily temps in the 30's, and feeling like 40's with humidity.
