Not a good day

First journal entry, inspired by a pretty bad day.
I'm a salesman working for a craft company. Since I started 8 months ago, nearly half the sales bods have been sacked or quit and I'm on my 4th Sales Manager. Unfortunately, this guy is so far up his own *ss, he's impossible to work with. He knows nothing about man-management.
Today he phoned me up and ranted & screamed at me about an innocuous e-mail I sent the office. He was so loud, everyone in the room was staring. I couldn't get a word in. Finally, I snapped and told him to "Shut Up". Oops.
I now await my P45.

oh dear, that doesnt sound too good 
ive had my fair share of bad bossess though, evil an up themselves! (that reminds me, must look for a job... dont really fancy it but student loans are the size of peanuts nowadays!) TDOR

ouch! have you tried talking to you're boss? im sure he will realise that you were perfectly justified in telling him to "shut up" 
because he was givin you an earful unnecessarily 
or isnt there someone above him you could see? sems a shame just to quit... unless you really hate the job, of course!

Just found out, my former manager has been admitted to hospital with multiple injuries. Apparently he had a screaming fit with the wrong guy. It couldn't have happened to a nicer guy

Don't know. Don't care. Knowing him it will be a few small scratches but he likes to make a drama.
