Yes I would!!!
It happens to us all & is an absolute pain in the donkey.
Best advice I can give is to have some
& wallow in it for a while, eventually it should pass, but if it carries on feeling utterly hopeless for longer than a week or you start contemplating hurting yourself, talk to whoever is closest to you & be honest with them.
Meanwhile, here's a

You didn't check the date. It was from about 3 weeks ago, and it was a Thursday.
This was a Thursday I didn't want to get the hang of...
