The flu virus and holiday season has taken a fair toll on the occupants in my room, I think I successfully infected all of them.

So today I sit by myself, which means I can play all my music out loud without fear of offence or distraction.

It is always the little things in life that make a day a wonderful place to be.
 

Well I just hope you haven't given your Flu to me, although I think Spartus might have been infected.

He didn't get close enough to get infected did he?

Take loads of vitamin C just in case.

I got infected with something. It was ugly last week, but I think I'm okay now. 4000 mg of Vitamin C daily seemed to help.

echinacaea is good as well, it boosts the immune system and helps fights infections.

I can't take echinacea. It gets me all jittery. Thanks for the tip, though.

Not jittery in a fun way, like when you drink cough syrup.

No, that sort of superhuman jittery you get where you turn around abruptly because you thought you heard a spider crawling down the wall, 10 feet behind you, and your arm hits a desk, and the desk tips over. And then worries you so much that you have to sit with your head in your hands for an hour, but you can't sit still, and you keep hearing spiders run down the walls...
Unpleasant, yes, that's what I'm getting at.

Scarily enough the best buzz I get these days is fresh food and tasty people. It seems the simple and less chemical things in life are the most enduring after all.
