What can I send my family - few of whom I have seen for more than a decade?
It has to be by the ether - the tribe met in a pub, yesterday, to 'exchange presents', a family tradition, started by my father in the 1960's as a subversive way to destroy the 'Royal Mail' and boost brewers' profits.
As usual, I missed that and snail-mail from Maroc to Ol'Blighty isn't fast at the best of times.
Any ideas?

Tell them you're donating money to a charity on their behalf.
One of my relatives did that once, and chose the two charities I'd be least likely to support. No offence, PBS, but one of them involved donkeys.

Try something from an English website and have it delivered from here?

Icy - if I told them that I was donating 'money', it would give the game away. Apart from that, I don't actually have any. I never thought that I'd be able to compare myself with Bernard Madoff.

How about
"I will perform 10 hours physical labour on community projects on your behalf"?

In Casa.
Seriuosly, though, why don't you record them something? Or send one of your wonderful drawings?
