Ah... what a day.
Minus ten- that's a first this winter. 
I can see how the eskimos have so many words for snow. There seem to be so many different types the further north you go. Last night it was a sort of white dust that just fell and fell and blew and blew and made clothes wet and roads white.
Got £20 in my pocket now too which will turn magically into Finnish Marks in about half an hour and then its off to the shops with me to buy toothpaste, meatballs, milk and tea and a BIG BAR OF CHRISTMAS 
!!

Mmmm! 
Not just the either- I got a big blanket for Christmas from my GFs American host mom (from the time she stayed in the USA).
Nice and warm!!!
