D'oh! If only you'd been at this journal entry before it existed. PAP not WAP would have been so much better as a title.

To explain, briefly. I've got my grubby mits on a WAP phone, my first attempt to post from it was marred by somehow posting the same thing 4 times. My 2nd attempt to post from it - to reply to your reply - was marred by h2g2 not allowing me to do it.

PAP may have been a better word, but marred is also an excellent choice.

Is it working any better lately?

I've kind of given up on trying to post here from my phone, it's not too bad for reading stuff - although I can only access my own journal (how am I supposed to find out what everyone else is up to?!) and official guide entries. The novelty's beginnig to wear a bit thin now, I'll probably only be using it for sports results from now on.

Awwwww... well the Spurs are doing very very very VERY badly.

Hmm, not sure about VERY badly, they gave Derby a sound thrashing at the weekend. Probably hanging around the top half of the table at the moment, which is more than can be said for Aston Villa who contrived to play without any imagination against Sunderland yesterday. Off down the pub to watch Man City against Southampton in a bit, normally I'd like to see City win but I think that'd put 'em above Villa so perhaps a high scoring draw would be order of the day.

Do you get to see any of the Premiership footy over there? When I was in San Jose, I used to watch a reasonably good show on Fox Sports that showed a couple of matches in extended highlight form and all the goals from the other games.

The bright side to this, you know, is that at least all your journal entries on your page are all less than a year old, I think for the first time.

Hi Spartus! How's tricks?

I could go into pedant mode to point out that my journal entries weren't all over a year old before this place was over a year old. But would I do a thing like that? Of course not...

Well, yes, year old stuff. Um. You see thing thing is, nothing ever happens to me worth journalising. And even if things did, the chance of having enough uninterrupted time to report said things on a regular basis is, near as damn it, nil.

Nope. I know we gave them a sound thrashing, but we're currently 11th in the table. Whereas 3 weeks ago we were 6th. DAMNED ARSENAL is 2nd. Ugh.

We don't get any premireship matches, or even really many world cup ones here. I think the first order (when we have money) of business is going to be getting a satalite company that gives us all the BBC channels. Luckily, we can get Capital Gold on the computer in a live webcast, so we usually do get to hear Spurs play.

Sucks to Man U. Hah.
