Tomorrow I am not going to work! Same goes for Friday! Boss let me stay home to work
I actually blackmailed her! I said, look, I am busy visiting doctors tomorrow and on Friday - first I am going to have some physiotherapy treatment and exercises for strengthening my core muscles with the therapist, then to the cardiologist for attaching a halter to me. I'll be busy. Do you want me to take a holiday for these two days? It is a very busy time for us now, we have all these grant applications to write, may be it's best that I stay at home writing? She had no choice but to agree!
So, tomorrow I am going to spend the day at home writing! Ok, I'll spend almost the entire morning going around being treated or monitored, but still - the afternoon will be mine!
There is only one thing that spoils the picture - if only I have a laptop I could sit writing on the balcony, with a glass of iced tea and something sweet to nibble at!

if only could they work without charging them...

Oh, well, one can always pull an extension cord to the balcony/garden!
