Heh. $130? Peanuts. Well, these days my bill is only about 50 bucks, but there was a time when $130 was a welcome relief from bills that averaged twice that. My highest bill was in fact 10 times your $130. Really. And no I'm not talking 976 or 900 number calls here. 
Pretty sure I've had a single call over $100. When I think about how much money I spent on phone calls, well, makes me wish I'd had stock in AT&T. (As it was, I did eventually earn a pile of frequent flier miles for calling, enough to go to a couple of the places I called.)

Why does everybody call their phone Bill? I have personalised mine and call it Ronald.
He is a pretty puke bluish colour and likes talking to my friend Pauline's phone Sandra.
