Saint Patrick Patron Saint of Depression: Here to haunt your dreams and stalk your waking hours

Well that emotional well being and upswing didn't last long did it? Still easy come easy go I suppose.

Well what is there to say?

1)Still on my own
2)Lonely
3)Scared of the future
4)Had a knife pulled on me last week
5)Had 3 gorgeous 17yr olds handcuffed to me for a hefty part of a night
6)Spoken to my supervisor who told me nowt of exceptional use
7)Apparently I'm amiable, genial and shambolic, I've good ideas but I need to communicate them better. Nothing I didn't really know
8)It was a mistake me doing a humanities subject(too late now I guess)
9)I'm not going to do a masters next year as planned
10)I might do it at some other point
11)I've an essay to do and seminar work and no time for a proper relax
12)I'm annoyed with the council for losing my exemption forms again and telling us we've nearly £600 to pay them
13)Holly is coming to stay soon (well last I heard)
14)I really wish I was somewhere else right now
15)I don't know if I can hack it anymore

I'm still staying over if that's OK with you. You do have time for a propper relax in between working provided you have something you enjoy doing to spend the time on...good luck with the work. I've got 2 Biology presentations to work on (1. pain modulation by a regulatory protein called DREAM; 2. neurogenesis in the neocortex of the macaque monkey brain), a written summary about political voting in France for the French lesson on Wednesday, papers on mitotic spindle assembly in Xenopus to study for the placement still, and mucho reading through and writing up of lecture notes. But it's all OK (as Emily would say) cos most of it's interesting.

Yesterday, I had trouble reading black on white text so had to resort to putting a red filter over it...which helped to put the sentence together but made me want to fall asleep every 3 sentences!!! smiley - zzz May have been the content of the paper not the colour though!

I have just spent the morning in the library since the lecture (that I woke up for at 6.30 this morn) was cancelled. Now belly rumbling so I'm off to get food. Pasta maybe...nice and easy...and haven't had it for aaages!

The council really have some answering to: I would get substantially narky with them if I were you. It's like, what, the 3rd time they have charged the place in 1.5 years?

So is the latest situation that you're not doing the Masters next year? What are the plans? Still don't know mine in terms of accom next yr. Not heard from BI in a while.

Well, off to get food. Hope all is OK - pleeeeeease take a break and do some fun stuff too smiley - smiley
