h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I'm now back on the internet after only a short while of having my modem unplugged. I really ought to find out how to deal with that sort of thing myself.

I had another appointment with the consultant on Monday. It should have been at 11.15, but we weren't seen until 12.20.

The baby is doing well, and everything looks good with me too. I shall be 23 weeks tomorrow, which is when everything went wrong last time. This time next week I'll be well clear of that time, even by the most pessimistic of the scan dates.

I've just arranged to start driving lessons again. Maybe this time I'll get as far as a test without anything disastrous happening to interrupt the course. I'm quite looking forward to driving again.
 

Did you know you are the third person I have come across since starting to use h2g2 who is expecting around October? I think that it's fantastic!

Maybe we should start a club.

I hope it's all going well for you. I don't envy you being pregnant in this weather. I found those hand held fans were pretty useful when I was pregnant last summer.
