I've often looked at Rankin and thought he looked ok. Maybe I'll take one on holiday. If I don't like it I can always lleave it as a contribution to azahar's reading library...

Hmm, The Hollow Chocolate Bunnies of the Apocalypse is good for a laugh, but very different to the rest of his books. Sex and Drugs and Sausage Rolls is the classic starting point, and personally I really enjoyed the Fandom of the Opera.
