hmm. All I do is take the cells given to me. To be honest, I think we got the cells from mail order, as its a special type of cancer... Hmm.
The only animal I've ever actually killed is the blasted fruit-fly. And once you've done any experiment with them, you always fail to kill a few, and they fly around your lab for ages after. And please dont try to convince me of the moral rights of the fruit-fly... They are blasted creatures.
The way I justify to myself the use of animals, is that if I wasn't going to do an experiment on them, then they would not have been created. Its the same argument I use to justify to myself why I can eat animals. In my opinion anyone who is not vegetarian, and still is against constructive animal testing, is a hypocrite in my opinion.
Personally, I disagree with the use of animals when there are alternatives, for example in make-up testing, but for science, where there is no alternative, I have no disagreement with the use of animals.
So I now hang myself in the stocks for tomatoes to be thrown at. 
I'm sorry to anyone who disagrees with me, but as a scientist, I have to have some mechanism which allows me to sleep at night.

I doubt you'll be complaining about my imagination when tomorrow night comes... Just because I couldnt get to sleep last night, and havent been able to think about much else today....
